BeesMerk Returns Policy

At BeesMerk, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you find yourself not entirely pleased with your BeesMerk product, our Returns Policy is here to guide you through a seamless process.

Return Period: You can return your BeesMerk order within fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase to be eligible for a full refund. To initiate a return, please ensure that the items are unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all original tags attached.

Returns Process:

Option 1: Change of Size, Color, or Product: If you need to exchange your BeesMerk item due to selecting an incorrect size, color, or product, kindly follow these steps:

  • Return your parcel to the following address:

  • Enclose a note in the parcel with your name, surname, telephone number, and delivery address. Clearly specify the details of your desired exchange. An invoice for the return will be included in your parcel; please make the payment upon receiving your package.

Option 2: Product Defect or Incorrect Item Received: In the rare instance of a faulty product or if you received items other than what you ordered, please follow these steps:

  • Send an email to shop@beesmerk.co.za
  • Include your name, telephone number, and delivery address in the email.
  • Clearly specify the details of the exchange required.

Our dedicated customer support team will promptly guide you through the necessary steps to address the issue.

Warranty: All BeesMerk clothing products come with a 3-month warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers any factory defects, such as defective seams, snap or zipper failure, and any product irregularities differing from specified tolerances. However, please note that defects resulting from misuse or abuse of garments are not covered by our warranties and are not eligible for our exchange policy.

For any warranty claims, garments will undergo inspection, and proof of purchase is required before any considerations by BeesMerk. We are committed to providing you with high-quality products and exceptional customer service.
